HELP AT THE TABLE

Help While You Sit At Blast

Problems at a blackjack table are usually small: a stake that did not register, a balance that has not refreshed, or a rule you want confirmed before you sit down. Our support team handles all three from the same screen you are playing on, and every hand carries a round ID so we can pull the exact deal instead of asking you to describe it. You do not have to leave the table to reach us.

Round ID Chat If a hand freezes or a stake does not register, open live chat from the Blackjack Blast screen and quote the round ID printed in the table corner. The agent pulls that deal from the log.
Wallet Check A stake only leaves your wallet when the deal button confirms it. If the balance looks wrong, check the bKash, Nagad or Rocket entry in your transaction list first, then send support the time and amount.
Rules Confirmation Want the dealer soft-17 rule or the side wager payout confirmed before you sit? Ask in chat and we will point to the exact line on the Blast rules panel, so you are not playing on a guess.
WHAT WE SHOW

How acd365 Keeps Blast Hands Checkable

We publish what the table itself publishes. The rules strip, the payout panel and the studio credit line are visible before you place a stake, and the round log keeps each deal retrievable if you ever question a result. Where a provider exposes RTP or house-edge figures for a blackjack variant we show them on that panel; where it does not, the space stays empty rather than filled with a number we cannot stand behind.

Rules Before Cards

Every Blackjack Blast table shows its payout, deck count and dealer soft-17 setting before the first deal. We would rather you read the strip for ten seconds than discover a house rule after a losing hand.

Studio Named On Table

The header carries the studio behind the deal, so you know which provider's software or live room you are sitting in. Names stay spelled as the provider spells them, including live studios we carry alongside Blast.

Round Logs Kept

Each deal is written to a round log with the cards, stake and outcome, and that record is what we check when a result is questioned. Screenshots help, but the log settles it.

RTP Where Published

We do not print our own house-edge numbers. If the provider publishes RTP or edge figures for a Blackjack Blast variant, that panel displays them; if not, the field stays blank rather than carrying a made-up figure.

acd365 How Our Blackjack Blast Table Plays

How Our Blackjack Blast Table Plays

Blackjack Blast runs on a single table layout with the standard moves — hit, stand, double down, split and insurance — set as buttons under your cards. The strip above the felt states the blackjack payout, whether the dealer stands or hits on soft 17, and how many decks sit in the shoe, so you read it once and play. Where the

layout carries an optional side wager, its payout table sits in the same panel. Chips come from the tray at the bottom, and the repeat button keeps your last stake when you want the same amount again.

Blast Table Talk, Plainly Put

Blackjack has its own vocabulary, and the Blast table uses the standard one. Below are the terms that come up most in chat: what a blackjack actually is, how a split changes your stake, why a push returns your money, and what the soft-17 line on the rules strip means for the dealer.

01
What counts as a blackjack in Blackjack Blast?

An ace plus a ten-value card on your first two cards. A 21 built later with three or more cards is a normal 21 and pays at the table's lower rate.

02
What does double down mean on this table?

You double your original stake, receive exactly one more card and then stand. The double button locks after that card, so only use it when the extra stake fits your plan.

03
How does a split work in Blackjack Blast?

Two cards of the same value become two separate hands, each carrying its own stake. The rules strip states whether aces can be split again and how many splits are allowed.

04
What is a push?

A tie. When your total matches the dealer's, the hand is a push: the stake returns to your wallet and the round costs you nothing.

05
What does the soft 17 rule mean?

A soft hand holds an ace counted as eleven. The rule decides whether the dealer hits or stands on soft 17; that setting is printed on the table's rules strip.

06
What is the insurance wager?

An optional side bet offered when the dealer's upcard is an ace. It costs half your stake and pays if the dealer turns over a blackjack; the payout line sits on the same panel.

Quick Answers On Blackjack Blast

These are the questions our support team answers most about Blackjack Blast, from opening the table on a phone to what happens when the signal drops mid-hand. Answers stay short and operational. If yours is not here, live chat from the table screen reaches someone who can pull your round and check the wallet entry behind it.

Log in, open the table games lobby and pick Blackjack Blast. The table loads with your wallet balance already showing, so you can set a chip and deal without leaving the screen.

Yes. The table runs in the mobile browser on Android and iOS, and the same account and wallet carry across phone and PC. Rotate the handset to landscape and the chip tray and buttons widen.

Chip values sit on the tray and the table states its own minimum and maximum before you sit, so nothing is hidden behind a pop-up. Pick your chip, tap the felt and deal.

A settled hand credits your account wallet, which is the same balance you see in the lobby. From there you can withdraw to bKash, Nagad or Rocket once the wallet checks on your account are complete.

Check the header. It names the studio and says whether the deal comes from a live room or a software table, and that label stays on screen for the whole session.

The round finishes on the table's side and the log records the outcome either way. Reconnect and reopen Blackjack Blast: the hand result and your updated wallet balance will be showing.
